    Build Assist Partner builders, build across South East Queensland, from the Sunshine Coast, down to the NSW border, West throughout Ipswich and East throughout the Redlands.

    How long will it take to build a new home?

    The build time frames will vary, but essentially a single level home is constructed in 164 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) and a two level home 244 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) This timeframe is dependent on wet weather and if construction is over the Christmas break.

    My builder has gone bust. What should I do?
