1. Choose a LotChoose a lot from our extensive selection across SEQ – if your client already has land that's great.

2. Choose a Home
Choose a home that suits the lot from our panel of builders. Or, if your clients want a custom home, provide us with their design ideas for us to assess.

3. Email Build Assist your Home and Land Selection
Email or call us with your lot and house selection and we'll organise the pricing and brochure. If your client has their own land email us the disclosure plan.

4. House and Land Package Provided
We'll email your clients the house and land package price, inclusions brochure and siting plan. (If it’s custom we may need to meet in person).

5. Client Decides
If the client decides to proceed, we go to EOI or make any changes they may require.
